Role Summary
The Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision and support to outpatient Psychotherapists while maintaining a client caseload. This role serves as a key bridge between frontline clinical practice and department leadership, ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. The Clinical Supervisor supports clinician development, documentation quality, and clinical decision-making, while reinforcing agency standards, accountability, and alignment with Anesis’ mission. Working closely with the Outpatient Director, this role contributes to a strong supervision culture, regulatory compliance, and consistent clinical excellence across the outpatient department, with particular attention to serving BIPOC and historically marginalized communities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group clinical supervision to outpatient Psychotherapists in alignment with licensure, ethical, and agency standards.
Support clinicians with case conceptualization, treatment planning, risk assessment, and clinical decision-making.
Foster a supervision culture that balances support, accountability, reflection, and professional growth.
Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with state and agency requirements.
Support the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive outpatient services.
Provide consultation and support for high-risk cases, crisis situations, and safety planning in coordination with established protocols.
Support clinicians in meeting service hour expectations and documentation timelines while maintaining quality of care.
Collaborate closely with the Outpatient Director to reinforce clinical standards, policies, and consistent practice expectations.
Maintain a limited outpatient caseload to remain clinically engaged and model best practices.
Support and/or manage special clinical or departmental projects as assigned, in collaboration with the Outpatient Director.
Success Profile:Required Skills & Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Counseling/Clinical Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
Active Wisconsin mental health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) in good standing for a minimum of 2 years.
Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing outpatient psychotherapy.
Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision or consultation to mental health clinicians.
Strong grounding in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based clinical practice.
Demonstrated commitment to serving BIPOC and historically marginalized communities.
Ability to provide clear, supportive, and constructive feedback while maintaining accountability.
Strong clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including timely and accurate documentation.

Position Overview: Our clinic is on a rapid growth trajectory and we are looking for a human service professional to serve as a Service Facilitator at Anesis Therapy. This position accomplishes clients’ care by assessing treatment needs; developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress.
Responsibilities
- Admits new clients by reviewing records and applications; conducting orientations.
- Determines clients' requirements by completing intake interviews; determining need for therapeutic medical, psycho-social, and psychiatric evaluations; reviewing therapist evaluations, treatment objectives, and plans.
- Establishes treatment programs by setting schedules and routines; coordinating services being provided; arranging resources, including transportation and escort.
- Monitors cases by verifying clients' attendance; observing and evaluating treatments and responses; advocating for needed services and entitlements; obtaining additional resources; intervening in crisis; providing personal support.
- Maintains clients' records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress.

Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin DSPS, Marriage and Family Therapy Professional Counseling and Social Work, or eligible to sit the Clinical exam.
Position Summary: Provide home-based family therapy services to families with children 0-17 primarily utilizing MultiDimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) modality in addition to parenting support and skill building, care coordination and resource collaboration. Requires working relationship with Dane County Human Services including child protection and youth justice social workers. This position reports to the program supervisor.
Additional requirements:
Applicants must demonstrate an ability to work with BIPOC individuals or families and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements. Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check, including no history of DUI violations.
SKILLS(Minimum):
-Experience through internship or prior work experience providing counseling services to families, children or individuals within a clinical setting.
-Serve high-risk families, including those whose children are at substantial risk of placement or who are in placement and cannot be reunified without in-home services. Provide services primarily in client homes. Travel to client homes and other locations.
-Schedule sessions at times that are convenient for families, and when problems are likely to occur, including 2-3 evenings. Maintain a flexible work life balance. No Weekends or Holidays
-Participate in weekly team consultation meetings, and individual supervision as needed.
-Assess safety, structure the environment and use clinical strategies designed to promote safety.
